Hey hey! I just played it, and it was pretty fun for a short read! The art is quite nice, and the protagonist sure is handsome! I also like his spacesuit, wish I could see more of it! I left this game wanting more, though... Well, I'll keep an eye on your work!

Thank you!! I'm glad you enjoyed it, I hope one day I'll be inspired to do another sci fi setting it was definitely fun and out of my comfort zone :D

Cool! I gotta say it again, the protagonist sure is handsome! His suit kinda reminds me of Black Panther, and the guy himself has a nice, ruggedly handsome vibe to him!

I find this game to be pretty interesting, yet a bit empty. It reminds me of Adastra and Human Cargo - both are nice games. What I hope to see in the future are some characters and world building, so in general more content. Good luck to you, I hope you get to to finish this project

Adastra and Human Cargo both have rich ample background/lore, though...

Yes... that is what I meant  with "empty" and "world building", basically.

Oh, ok. :)

Heh~

Hii

Thanks so much for playing and leaving a rating! :) Marigold's development is done, but if you're interested I have another game ( still a work in progress, but a demo is out) that has more characters https://cervineprince.itch.io/ascension i

Thank you!! I'm glad you enjoyed playing Marigold I enjoyed watching your playthrough <3

Cool game - very atmospheric and melancholic.

thank you! Glad you had fun playing :D

Hi CervineP!

I finished Marigold last night and got the 3 endings out of the 5-6 I think? I always however consider my 1st ending as my "true" end (the one I would've gotten irl). I ended up getting the "Expected Response" End first.

The game was short but sweet with a decidedly melancholy feel throughout. Its something I def want to have in my next VN. You said this was a prelude to another one of your games, correct?

Heya Soul!!

Thats interesting to hear about the first ending being the one you consider as the "true" one! I'm quite fond of the unexpected response ending haha.

Oh? That sounds interesting! I excited to hear about your next game once you're going to start revealing it in the server (unless i missed the convos about it) And yes! I have an idea for another game set in the same timeline or universe as Marigold, but it's still an idea so far.

So right now there are only 3 endings (2 with their name)? This game is interesting despite being so short.

Could you add Linux version? The Windows one already can be run on Linux (via Marigold.sh) but can't be installed with itch.io app because you haven't marked it as Linux one

Hello Jacek, I'm glad you're enjoying my game so far! Thanks for the heads up regarding linux.

That's odd, the 3 available endings should have their ending cards shown. Which path's card isn't showing?

After playing it again, it did show up this time, so maybe I accidentally skipped previously
It previously didn't show anything on heart failure
